Santa's Mean

So last year Luke loved seeing Santa.

He thought pulling on his beard was super cool and was totally into it.

Luke also loved the Easter bunny seriously ran to him and hugged him, 

and as much as we go to Disneyland he has NEVER once been frightened by a character.

Not once, he actually gets super excited.

So to say I was shocked by his response to Santa this year is an understatement. 

He hated him, literally kicked and flailed so much and with so much strength we were unable to even get a crying shot on Santa's lap.

Now if I show him a picture of Santa or an ornament he hits him, like he's mean or something.

So the night before Brandon headed out for China we went to Fashion Island with Luke.

He loved running around looking at the enormous Christmas tree. 

Seriously it's incredible. 

They had the cutest little outdoors cottage with the fireplace all a glow.

The Santa had a real beard and white eye brows, he was so cute 

with Mrs. Clause right there to greet you.

Up until this point it was a fun evening, until we went inside.

It's actually pretty funny.

Well have to see how next year goes.
